Cancellation page

We’re sorry to see you go. Circumstances change.

All memberships at Groover Labs are month-to-month. We’re not locking you into a long-term contract. But when it’s time for you to cancel, we ask that you let us know by the 15th of the month. That gives us time to plan ahead.

Hotseat Members: You can cancel anytime. We do not require a deadline.

All other memberships (Desk, Office, Studio, Workstation, Maker Labs): Please submit your cancellation by the 15th. If we receive notice after the 15th, you’re responsible for the following month’s payment. This is outlined in your membership agreement.

To cancel, fill out the form below. It will record the day and time of your request and notify our staff. We’ve also included an optional questionnaire. Your feedback will help us improve.
