We’re sorry to see you go, but we understand that circumstances change! Thank you for being part of our community. We hope you’ll stay connected through our newsletter.

As a reminder, all memberships at Groover Labs are month-to-month. When it’s time for you to cancel, we ask that you let us know by the 15th of the month. That gives us time to plan ahead.

Hotseat Members: You can cancel anytime. Hotseat Memberships do not require a deadline.

All other memberships (Desk, Office, Studio, Workstation, Maker Labs): Please submit your cancellation request by the 15th. If we receive notice after the 15th, you’re responsible for the following month’s payment. This is outlined in your membership agreement.

A few more notes: If you’re a company removing an employee from your membership, please let us know in the message field below. And if you’re not canceling but would like to suspend your membership temporarily (whether for travel, seasonal changes, or other reasons), we can help with that, too. Just include the details in your message.

To submit your cancellation request, please fill out the form below. It will record the day and time of your request and notify our staff. We’ve also included an optional questionnaire. Your feedback will help us improve.
