Coworking
We have three types of memberships: hotseats, dedicated desks, private offices/studios
Hotseats: $75/mo (M-F, 8 am to 5 pm)
Podcast Studio: $150/mo, includes a hotseat
Dedicated desks: traditional, $215/mo; sit-stand, $235/mo
Studios: $360/mo
Small offices: $515/mo
Large offices: $775/mo
You’ll have access to gigabit fiber internet, private phone booths, conference rooms, free coffee, 24/7 access (desks, offices and studios), discounts on classes and events, curbside parking, and free printing and scanning. We host a member lunch on the second Friday of each month as well as other events, which you can read about on our calendar. All memberships are month-to-month.
*Desk, studio and office memberships require a one-time $25 fee for a background check.
Meetings & Events
We have several different meeting spaces as well as an event venue.
Small conference room: $20/hr
Larger conference room: $25/hr
Podcast studio: $50/hr, 2-hour minimum
Boardroom: $35/hr
Classrooms: $40/hr
Event venue: $325 w/o tables, $375 w/ tables for first 2 hours, $125 for each hour after*
Our conference rooms, classrooms, and boardroom each come with large 4K HDTVs with HDMI and wireless casting technology, as well as Wi-Fi and direct ethernet connections. The event venue has two drop down screens, laser projectors, and two mic channels with four mics. *$350 for first two hours if the event calls for tables, $125 for each hour after
