Information We Collect: When you register for or use the Neptune portal, we may collect personal information (name, email, phone number) and operational data (mail deliveries, guest arrivals, portal login activity).

How We Use Your Information: We use this to provide and secure your account, send transactional notifications (MFA codes, guest alerts, mail notifications), and improve facility operations.

SMS Communications and Data Sharing: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to your Groover Labs membership and Neptune account. Mobile information will not be shared, sold, or conveyed to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We will only share your phone number with our direct telecommunications service providers strictly for the purpose of routing and delivering our own operational messages to you.

Your Rights and Choices You may update your communication preferences at any time within your Neptune portal dashboard. You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message.
