SMS Communications: As part of your use of the Groover Labs member portal, you may opt in to receive SMS text messages regarding account security (MFA), guest arrivals, and mail deliveries.

Information We Collect: When you register for or use the Groover Labs member portal, we may collect personal information (name, email, phone number) and operational data (mail deliveries, guest arrivals, portal login activity).

How We Use Your Information: We use this to provide and secure your account, send transactional notifications (MFA codes, guest alerts, mail notifications), and improve facility operations.

SMS Communications and Data Sharing: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to your Groover Labs membership and member portal account. Mobile information will not be shared, sold, or conveyed to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We will only share your phone number with our direct telecommunications service providers strictly for the purpose of routing and delivering our own operational messages to you.
