Program Description: This program sends automated transactional text messages regarding account security (MFA codes), guest arrivals at the front desk, and mail/package deliveries.

Information We Collect: When you register for or use the Groover Labs member portal, we may collect personal information (name, email, phone number) and operational data (mail deliveries, guest arrivals, portal login activity).
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your portal activity and facility usage.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opting Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
