Effective Date: April 7, 2026

SMS Communications. As part of your use of the Neptune portal, you may opt in to receive SMS text messages regarding account security (MFA), guest arrivals, and mail deliveries.

Consent. By opting in, you authorize Groover Labs to send automated transactional text messages to the mobile number you provided.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opting Out. You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. For assistance, reply HELP.
