We’re thrilled to announce that construction in our studio space is officially complete, and our new offices and workstations are open for business!

Renovations began at the beginning of the year with funding from the Kansas Drepartment of Commerce BASE 2.0 grant. Our goal? To expand capacity to support more teams, founders, and remote workers–to grow the community.

The result?

8 new private offices
12 new workstations
2 new conference rooms
2 new ROOM private call booths

While supply chain issues delayed our timeline by a few weeks, we’re grateful for the work done by Foulston Construction–the same team that remodeled our second floor office space for institutional member Knowmadics.

New members started moving in on May 12.

We’re incredibly grateful for the patience and flexibility of all of our members, especially those in our studios, during the construction. And thank you to our hardworking staff, who had to upend their days on several occasions to accommodate the work.

Here’s a look at the new flexible workspaces available for month-to-month memberships:

Small Offices (6 total)

Designed for teams of 1-3 people.
Includes 2 Autonomous sit-stand desks and 1 lockable file cabinet.

Large Office (1 total)

Designed for teams of 3-6 people.
Includes 3 Autonomous sit-stand desks and 1 lockable file cabinet.

Extra Large Office (1 total)

Designed for teams of 6-10 people.
Includes 6 Autonomous sit-stand desks and 1 lockable file cabinet.

Workstations (12 total)

Designed for individual members (not teams).
Set behind 5.5-foot partitions for privacy and focus.
Includes L-shaped desk (great for multiple monitors), chair, lockable file cabinet.

All offices and workstations include:

.24/7 building access (with a one-time $25 background check per member)
Unlimited access to 9 multimedia conference rooms and 6 private call booths
Stable, ultra-fast gigabit fiber internet with high-speed Wi-Fi
Mobile-enabled entry to the building and offices
Free parking right outside the building
Free printing, scanning, and bottomless custom-blend coffee
Prime Old Town location, steps from some of Wichita’s best restaurants
